I get that you follow rules. I too try and be a law-abiding citizen. I do. 

Oddly I’ve learned that the best rule followers are often children. They seem to understand common sense better than us adults. For example, if a child ends up in my office for spitting, all I need to ask is what rule they have broken and any Kindergartener can tell me that they are not “being safe with their body” or that they are not “treating their friends with respect.” But yet…us adults…we will point to the rules and argue, “where do you see NO spitting?! I don’t see that rule. I broke no such rule. I wasn’t running in the halls. Call my lawyer!”

Sigh.

And while the 5th amendment makes clear of our American rights of not being “deprived of life,” you are right it doesn’t say anything about “not poisoning the air.” It does not explicitly say you are not allowed to poison the air. You are “right,” but yet any Kindergartener could explain to you how illogical that thinking is. Us adults bend laws to our needs. In your case, it would be the telecommunications act.

According to you (from my calls, documents, etc), you follow the FCC guidelines and according to that law, you have no responsibility about the effects of your products in the present, past or future. You claim you know nothing about your product’s effects on the environment and are quick to point out that it is not your job. “We just make phones.”

But you DO know NOT to know. You do know NOT to test, because what benefit could testing give you? It could possibly confirm the 10,000+ papers that do show harm. It would show the evidence that radio frequency (RF) radiation is harmful to life. It could tell you the knowledge that you don’t want to know, thus hurting your game of pretend. You showed us that in the February 2019 U.S. Senate hearing, where senior telecom executives admitted they have not done any safety testing on 5G, nor do they plan to do any.

So come look into this future ball of mine. 

This will be you one day. One day you will have to swear under oath. One day you will have to pretend under oath. One day your children will watch this, but it will be too late. 

I’m no fortune teller, I just have seen this movie before. You have too. Maybe you forgot. Watch here to remember.

Ignorance will be a poor excuse as public opinion changes on you.

Ignorance will be poor when your own children suffer.

Ignorance is no bliss. Your ignorance is fake, and you can’t pretend basic factoids. You can’t pretend away the little you do know.

You can’t pretend these factoids. 

1. You know that you are changing the landscape of the air, or what I call the “pool.” 
2. You know that children absorb 10x more radiation than SAM, which the FCC uses to regulate. 
3. You know that 5G uses extremely high (millimeter-wave) frequencies of 24 gigahertz (GHz) or more. 
4. You know that to accomplish its execution you will install antennas approximately every 2-10 homes in residential neighborhoods. 
5. You know 5G will significantly increase our wireless RF radiation (radiofrequency microwave) exposure on a 24/7 and 365 days a year basis.

And don’t forget the way your new product works! 5G base stations and 5G devices will have multiple antennas in phased arrays that work together to emit focused, steerable, laser-like beams that track each other. Making each 5G phone function like a mini cell tower right against your face. Oh, but you know that no person should never put it to there face. It is right there in fine print.

Fancy.

I swear I’m not the enemy. I like the idea of faster wifi. I do. But if it comes with a side of poison, I’ll pass. Or at least give me the knowledge of the poison so I can make my own choices as to how much poison I swallow.

But you know “nothing.” You test “nothing.” You do “nothing.” You just follow the rules. 

Well, so do Kindergarteners and they seem ahead of you on this one.
